New clarification added: Question 7: In the technical specifications for Desktop Computers #1 and #2, the model Dell OptiPlex Micro FF Plus is mentioned.Please be advised that Dell has recently updated its desktop portfolio, and the OptiPlex Micro FF Plus has been officially discontinued and replaced under Dell's new naming convention. The correct current model reflecting the originally requested configuration is the Dell Pro Micro FF Plus. Could you please update the requirement to reflect Dell's current portfolio? Thank youUNOPS Response:For Desktop Computers #1 and #2, the Base/Chassis specifications permit the submission of an equivalent and latest available model. You may propose the ‘Dell Pro Micro desktop’ in place of the ‘OptiPlex Micro FF Plus with 65W CPU’ and ‘Dell Pro Max Micro desktop’ in place of ‘OptiPlex Micro FF Plus with 35W CPU’, provided its technical specifications fully comply with UNOPS requirements.

New clarification added: Question 6:In the technical requirements for Laptop Computers #5 and #6, you specifically refer to the Dell Latitude 7450 model.We would like to bring to your attention that, as of January 2025, Dell has officially restructured its product portfolio and the Latitude series is no longer available on the market. As part of this change, Dell introduced new product lines for its laptops.In light of this, we kindly ask the following:Could you please update the requirement to reflect Dell's current portfolio?The Dell Pro 14 Premium is the direct successor to the Latitude 7450.Thank you.UNOPS Response:For Laptop Computers #5 and #6, the model/base specifications permit the submission of an equivalent and latest available model. You may propose the ‘Dell Pro 14 Premium’ in place of the ‘Latitude 7450’, provided its technical specifications fully comply with UNOPS requirements.

New clarification added: Question 5:Within the technical specifications for desktop computers #1 and #2, it is stated that two different Dell mounting kits are required as optional upgrades, specifically referencing Dell part numbers 452-BDUY and 452-BDVC.Please note that both of these part numbers have reached End of Life and are no longer available on the market.In this regard, we would like to kindly ask the following:Would you accept suitable alternatives with the same specifications?Specifically, we propose to offer the following currently available Dell part numbers as replacements:482-BBEP as an alternative to 452-BDUY482-BBEQ as an alternative to 452-BDVCUNOPS Response:Provided that equivalent replacement parts of optional upgrades meet the technical specifications and compatibility requirements of Desktop Computer # 1 and 2, you may submit suitable equivalents with identical specifications.
