ITBS-2025-19874 for the provision of Catering Services for UNICEF GSSC Budapest

The UNICEF Global Shared Services Center in Budapest is seeking to establish multiple Long Term Arrangements for the provision of catering services for events held at its premises. As the services are local in nature, proximity and flexibility is and advantage, therefore only companies based in Hungary are eligible to submit bids.

2. The subject line of the e-mail should include the bid number (ITBS-2025-19874).
3. Duly filled and signed Invitation to Bid for Services Form to be submitted along with the offer .
4. The Financial Offer Form attached as Annex C shall be used when preparing the offer.
5. Offers should be submitted in net Hungarian Forint (HUF), in rounded numbers (no decimals).
6. Attachments to be maximum ten (10) megabytes per email and submitted in PDF format. Attachments can be sent in batches not to exceed the quota of 10 megabytes per e-mail. Attachments other than PDF format will not be accepted (except where Excel form is required as well).
7. NO other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email submission
Offers must be received by latest 23:59 hours (Budapest time) on 13 May 2025.
