One of UNCDF-led initiatives, the Smart Green ASEAN Cities (SGAC) programme, which promotes a more sustainable urbanization in ASEAN cities while reducing its environmental footprint and improving the quality of life for citizens by helping cities develop sustainable financing mechanisms. As part of SGAC project, the team is looking for a firm to assess the project readiness and bankability for Yala (Thailand) and Puerto Princesa (Philippines) for the following; 1) For Yala, to assess business viability of 2nd phase of infectious waste incinerator facility as well as to propose possible financing options, strategy, and the business model for the incinerator scale up, 2) For Puerto Princesa, to assess business viability and develop financing strategy/mechanism and business model for infectious waste incinerator development as well as for improvement of MRF, solid waste and composting businesses.
