Accommodation and Conference Venue for IEBC Staff Reflection Workshop

1. UNDP Kenya hereby solicits your bid for the Provision of Accommodation and Conference  venue  for the IEBC  Staff  Reflection  Workshop on 5 – 9 May 2014 . The facility must have sufficient room to accommodate 370 participants in one Hotel for a period of Four (4) days.

Bids addressed to the above office as: ITB /UNDPKEN/002/ 2014-Accommodation and Conference Venue for IEBC Staff Reflection Workshop:  should be dropped in the Tender Box at the Pavilion at The UN COMPLEX Gigiri on or before Monday, 14 April, 2014 at 14:00 hrs. Bids should be in hard copies. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who choose to attend at the address, date and time indicated in the Bidding Documents.

UNDP Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions.
