Project/Program Title: Sustainable Finance Hub, UNDP Asia-Pacific 

Duty Station: Home-based with no travel

Duration: 1 April 2025 to 31 October 2025 (80 days)

UNDP has launched the Private Finance for SDGs initiative to drive private sector investment towards SDG-aligned projects. Central to this is the SDG Investor Map, a tool that helps investors identify opportunities promoting SDGs. UNDP is commissioning a research to support in developing the SDG Investor Map for Japan, using a consultative approach and secondary data research. The map will guide private sector investments, particularly in climate resilience. The initiative is in partnership with Mizuho to inform their sustainability strategy. The research associate will support adapting the methodology for Japan, coordinating with UNDP and Mizuho teams.
