New clarification added: Dear Bidder Please find below answer to your clarificaitons: Q1 I would like to inquire about Lots 7 & 8, specifically regarding the specifications for the Pressure Switch listed in your documentation. It states that the contact system includes both TPST and SPST. However, the Pressure Switch typically comes with either TPST or SPST, but not both combined. Perhaps both can be supplied as accessories only.Could you please confirm the specifications for the Pressure Switch? Specifically, will it be supplied as TPST or SPST, or are both options available only as accessories?Ans 1 - Please note that the water pressure switches are designed also with various contact systems, including TPST (Triple Pole Single Throw) and SPST (Single Pole Single Throw). These types offer flexibility in design, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders Q1 With reference to the subject Tender, we would like to clarify if international bidders are eligible to particiapte in the tender. We are a UAE based compnay and do not have valid business registration and Tax ID to operate in Yemen. As an international vendor we have done many projects for various UN missions for supply and delivery of Pumps and accessories.In view of the above please advise if we can particiapte and quote for this project without registration or JV in Yemen. Ans 1 - Please refer to Particulares - Bidder eligibility '' No nationalities are excluded from submitting a bid. However In the case of international bidders, the bidder shall have agreement or cooperation with a local company registered in Yemen as a partner or local office legally registered to operate in Yemen.'' and also criteira '' The bidder should have a valid business registration and Tax ID to operate in Yemen.
