We have only exit sign drawing with the fire evacuation.· In Lot 3: item 9.A.12 - What is the type of paint of the existing containers?· In Lot 3: What are the dimensions and the quantities of the existing containers?· For Lot 2: We need a detail or wall section for the EIFS. (Item 9.5)· For Lot 2: We need more specifications for the vinyl. (Item 9.13)· In lot 1 – basketball court item 12.1.8 Can you please advise us with the dimensions or the movable training basketball hoop? Electromechanical: · All lots: Specs indicated that the data cables are CAT6A FTP while BOQ mentioned CAT6A only. New clarification added: Bidder's Question:Regarding item 3 in the BHG BOQ for Bourj Hammoud Garden and Courts, the description states that the price of concrete should include the cost of steel reinforcement. However, item 3.3 specifies that steel reinforcement should be priced separately. Please confirm whether these two items are unrelated and if we should include the cost of steel reinforcement in the concrete unit rate.UNOPS Answer:Kindly price the concrete and labour separately from the steel reinforcement. it is an item on its own.Best Regards,

New clarification added: Bidder's Questions:Concerning the item of "Outdoor lighting fixture- Led Stand-alone Solar Streetlight, 50 W, IP66, 21Ahr, 24V. Used in pathways". Shall we abide by the required specification? knowing that this type of solar is rarely used in the country, and may be exported from outside. However, we can consider 100W or 150W but 3.5V,15Ahr and not (24V, 21Ahr) Is it acceptable? UNOPS Answers:The battery you are providing gives 1 hour autonomy at 50W, which is not acceptable.Regards,

New clarification added: Bidder's question:In the RFQ Experience & minimum cumulative completed contracts’ amounts. If applying for multiple lots, shall the experiences and contracts amount be combined? and is bidder able to be awarded for one lot if applyting to multiple lots?UNOPS Answer:Bidders participation in multiple lots is allowed.Based on the Qualification Criteria section in the RFQ -(point 4- The minimum cumulative completed contracts’ amounts:) , and given that the required relevant experience differs between lots, the minimum cumulative completed contract amounts and experience are not combined for bidders applying for more than one lot. For JV/Consortium/Association, the combined experience will be considered.subcontractor experience will not be considered.Sales of products are not considered similar projects.However, as per the RFQ, the minimum annual turnover: If a bidder intends to participate in multiple lots, the bidder must demonstrate a minimum turnover that meets or exceeds the combined requirements for all lots they wish to participate in, considering the total values mentioned for each lot.For JV/Consortium/Association, all Partners combined must meet the criterion.Regards
