PROVISION OF TENTS WITH MOSQUITO NETS

1. The UNPD Regional Procurement Office (RPO), on behalf of our various missions in East, West and Central Africa, hereby invites qualified contractors from all countries to submit their Expressions of Interest for the Supply of Various Sizes of Soft-wall Prefabricated Structures (Tents) : 1.1. The purpose of this EOI is to establish a Systems Contract for supply of various tents that will be required for UN Field Missions fast deployment and operations. 1.2. The main structure and the fabrics of the tents must be such that it is assembled within the shortest possible timeframe 1.3. Colors: At least one of the following fabric colors must be available: Off-white, Beige and Khaki. Other colors are encouraged to combine at entrance and windows areas for decoration purposes; however, the final look of the tents must contain at least 65% of the mandatory colors. 2. Space Requirements: The tents should preferebly meet the following requirements: 2.1. Personnel Accommodation: The area of tents will be in accordance with the UN accommodation requirements and must be able to accommodate persons comfortably. . 2.2. Storage and Common Areas: 20m2 tents
