rovision of conference package and accommodation for Regional Management Team Meeting in Ghana, Accra The FAO Regional Office for Africa (RAF) Regional Management Team (RMT) Meeting is organized annually and brings together RAF core leadership and senior management, including Sub-regional Coordinators (SRCs), FAO Representatives (FAORs), Programme Managers, and regional technical and operational staff incorporating those from the Resilience Hubs and the Emergency Centre for Transboundary Animal Diseases (ECTAD). Senior leadership and selected staff from FAO headquarters are also invited to participate. The 14th RMT meeting (RMT14) is being organised at the year when FAO celebrates its 80 glorious years of serving member nations and learnings. It is organized in a critical juncture - how best to build on experience and excellence to turn the significant challenges into the opportunities to transform Africa’s Agrifood Systems. FAO has always recognized the multisectoral dimensions of the agrifood systems needs to scale up effective partnerships and good practices to accelerate the transformative changes. It is crucial to take advantage of innovation, learn and share the 80 years of achievements, and to seek synergies and complementarities among ourselves as ‘’OneFAO’’ and with partners, based on the comparative advantages, targeting members’ needs. In organizing the meeting, it has become necessary to identify a 5-star hotel to provide conference package.
