Purchasing: Training Tools for Plumping and Central heating courses Evaluation Criteria: • Full compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex 1. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer. Special conditions: • Delivery terms :(DDP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus), The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus, • Due to previous quality concerns, UNRWA may require samples of goods being tendered to be submitted with your bids. • UNRWA will only pay to the bank account of the supplier name as appearing on the PO or contract only. PLD will also check the banks provided by suppliers against the UN/OFAC/EU sanction list before the same is accepted for registration. UNRWA will not process any payment to the supplier through a third party bank account.
