The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites qualified companies to express their interest to participate in upcoming bidding exercise for replacement of the existing wooden windows by double glazed aluminum windows of UNAMA's accommodations in UNOCA compound, Kabul. The contractor shall carry on following works: (a) Removal and dismantling of the existing windows; (b) Plastering works; (c ) Provision and installation of aluminum windows; (d) Installation of shatter resistance film on window glasses (to be provided by UNAMA); (e) Painting of the aluminum window frames. The company shall be experienced and have necessary manpower and equipment to carry out the services. The contract completion period is expected within 120 calendar days. Please note that this notice does not include a solicitation document. It is issued only to allow companies/Organizations to express their interest. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors later.
