EN FRANCAIS L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des expressions d'intérêt pour un appel d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer prochainement pour la maintenance préventive et curative des fours de marque Rational des restaurants du Palais des Nations et ses annexes au Palais des Nations à Genève, Suisse. Le soumissionnaire aura à sa charge de fournir l’ensemble des prestations nécessaires pour la maintenace des fours de marque Rational tels que : - Révision complète de l'ensemble du parc des fours de maque Rational (1) fois par an qui comprendra : o Essai, contrôles : o Remplacement des pièces défectueuses ; o Elimination des pannes ; o Frais et déplacement et main d’œuvre - Maintenance curative Le but est d'établir un contrat d’une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec possibilité d’une durée de prolongation, sous réserve de l’exécution satisfaisante du contrat par le Contractant et de la disponibilité des budgets de l’ONUG, d’une (1) période supplémentaire et consécutive de deux (2) ans maximum (3+2). Veuillez noter que cette demande d'expression d'intérêt (EOI) ne constitue pas un appel d'offres. Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invitées à l'appel d'offres. Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ____________________________________________________________________________ IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest in a call for tenders which it intends to launch shortly for the preventive and curative maintenance of the Rational brand ovens in the restaurants of the Palais des Nations and its annexes at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. The tenderer will be responsible for providing all the services required for the maintenance of the Rational brand ovens, including : - Complete overhaul of the entire fleet of Rational brand ovens (1) times a year, including : o Testing, inspections : o Replacement of defective parts ; o Troubleshooting ; o Travel and labor costs - Curative maintenance The aim is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, of one (1) additional and consecutive period of up to two (2) years (3+2).
