An organized site visit, subject to government movement restrictions, is arranged on 27 January 2025, at 11:00 hours, Tripoli Libya time, at below mentioned place:

Location: The the Al Qalisa square, a silphium plaza  in the heart of Benghazi on Alesteglal Street.

Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
