UNICEF Türkiye Country Office wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the Establishment of Long Term Arrangement (LTA) National Institutional Services for Engineering Services in Türkiye & Northwest Syria 7 (3+2+2) Years
(OPS/TURA/2024-B / 2024-15 / LRFP#9194020)

NOTE: This solicitation is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT for the Establishment of Long Term Arrangement (LTA) National Institutional Services for Engineering Services in Turkiye & Northwest Syria 7 (3+2+2) Years. The reason for the re-advertisement is that an insufficient number of offers were received in the initial solicitation.

Bidders who have already submitted proposals for the establishment of the 3+2+2 year LTA are entitled to revise and update their proposals until the re-advertisement deadline which is 21 January 2025, at or before 18:00 (Ankara Time). If there are no changes to your original proposal, a re-submission is still required.

Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email as PDF documents to (TCO-ServContracts@unicef.org) in two (2) separate emails with the tender reference in their email subjects:

- One Email for Technical Proposal(s)
- One Email for Financial Proposal(s) as password protected
Financial proposals shall be secured by a password and the password will only be used when an offer is evaluated technically acceptable and therefore eligible for opening of the financial proposals. All other provisions of the tender are still valid.
The Proposals MUST be received at the above e-mail address by latest 21 January 2025 at or before 18:00hrs (Turkiye time).
Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be rejected.
An online pre-bid meeting will be held via ZOOM Meeting for interested bidders on 06 January 2025 11:00hrs (Turkiye Time).
Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this Solicitation Document by EMAIL to UNICEF Turkey Supply Unit at TCO-ServContracts@unicef.org
The deadline for receipt of any questions is 13 January 2025, 18:00hrs (in Türkiye Time).

It is important that you read all the provisions of this RFP, to ensure that you understand UNICEF's requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
