Pre-Bid meeting: A bid conference will be held at 14:00 hours on 20 December 2024 via Online platform.

Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org, Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org and cc Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 26 December 2024.   

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal " LRPS-2024- 9194963."

Email-2:  Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal " LRPS-2024- 9194963."

- The services Form is to be signed and sent along with the technical proposal for acceptance of GTCs.

- Any other documents the bidder thinks relevant to the proposal

 The proposal submission deadline is 10 January 2025 , before 15:00 hr Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Deadline will be rejected.
