In the project documentation, section “ТОМ 7 ВК_ПРУ_Калинівка” in the specification “Обладнання, виробів і матеріалів” it is indicated “Каналізаційна насосна установка зі зворотнім дросельним клапаном, засувкою, з накопичувальним резервуаром, з шафою управління, Витрата 1-16л/c Н=5м. N=1,9 кВт; 1х230 В, GRUNDFOS Multiluift MLD.12.1.4”. In the table “RFQ_2024_55155_BОQ_Schedule_4.1.A” “Local estimate 02-01-05 for Water supply, sewage” the specified unit is not indicated. Where should the cost of this equipment and the costs of installation work be considered? __________ Dear Bidder, Thank you for noticing this inconsistency. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA, there is a requirement “The bidder has an average annual turnover of minimum 600,000 USD during at least the last 3 years and should submit a copy of certified financial statements for the last three years (2021, 2022 and 2023)”.What is meant by the average annual turnover: is the average annual turnover the average annual turnover of funds on the account or is it the average income (page 2000 f.2) for the year, and what documents are required to confirm this.**************************************************What is meant by annual turnover is the total income/sales of your business in one financial year. New clarification added: Hello, dear Procurement Team!After studying the project in detail and analyzing the market of reinforced concrete products, based on own experience in the implementation of a similar project for the timely, successful implementation of this project large cash investments are required at the beginning of construction work (approximately 20,000,000 UAH) because the cost of reinforced concrete products alone will be more than 16,000,000 without transportation and storage costs. (The high cost of these products is due to individual manufacturing, that is, it is not possible to purchase or make them on request without a 70% prepayment), since the structure is made of precast concrete, 80% of reinforced concrete products must be available at the site at the time of installation since the rigidity of the substructure is achieved by welding the panels together.Based on this, is it possible to provide for an advance payment of at least 50% of the total value of the procurement?******************We regret to inform that we are unable to offer an advance payment of at least 50% of the total value.The regular terms & conditions of the tender will apply.Thank you.Best regards, UNOPS Procurement Team
