New clarification added: Question:Carification regarding the Ceiling Fans and Wall Fan indicated in the electrical drawings (E101). Specifically:Ceiling Fans (3 units) and Wall Fan (1 unit) are shown in the drawings but are not mentioned in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Could you kindly confirm if these fans are included under Section 6.3 of the electrical works?If not, please clarify how these items should be addressed in the BOQ, and what Section 6.3 specifically includes.UNOPS reply:Supplying ceiling and wall fans is part of the contract and is mentioned in the BOQ as shown in the description of item 61. Fans: Shall be heavy duty and rigid KDK or equivilant)2. Outlets: Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission new power point with fan includes wiring and raceways connect up to distribution board, includes wiring (size as noted on drawings) routed in exposed PVC conduit/trunks, backboxes, termination from both side with all works and necessary fixation accessories required to complete this item.Filling factor of conduits shall not exceed 40%, maximum quantity of 7 wires 2.5mm2 inside 20mm dia. UPVC conduit

New clarification added: Question:In Section V, 3.1 Scope of Works,- Item 3 - Renovation; It is marked by N/A. Does that mean that Demolition is for the complete Housing Units and all the work is new? Please adviseUNOPS reply:The demolition of housing units and disposal of debris at a designated dumpster assigned by the local municipality are the contractor's responsibilities. Therefore, it is concluded that the contractor should perform this activity. Please refer to the ITB - Section IV - Schedule 2

New amendment added #2: This amendment is made to upload the GPS coordinates for both lots. Please refer to the Documents tab on eSourcing.All other terms and conditions remain the same

New clarification added: Question:This is to clarify that GPS coordinates for the houses are not provided in the tender documents.UNOPS reply:The GPS coordinates of the selected housing units will be uploaded via an amendment shortly. Please refer to the documents tab on eSourcing. Please note that these housing are not final and changes could be made in the future but within the same locations.

New clarification added: Question:Please, can you update the BOQ files for both Lots, because the old files didn't work.UNOPS reply:The BoQs are uploaded as xlsx (Microsoft Excel). Bidders shall download the file and ensure they have the software (Microsoft Excel) to access the file
