ILO’s Project ‘Realizing Decent Work In The Platform Economy Through E-Formalization In India’
The ILO is seeking expression of interest from qualified individuals for supporting the project activities as a part of the ILO’s project on Realizing decent work in platform economy. An Individual with expertise in labour standards issues and analysis, particularly in labour protection in informal/platform economy, will provide a technical support on remuneration perspective through analysis of global/ national/state level platform level information, national/state level data gathering and summarizing to contribute to the planned diagnostic studies, dissemination of the findings, existing minimum wage related laws and practices, awareness-cum- capacity building trainings/workshops and dialogues, facilitation among ILO’s constituents and other key stakeholders.
Based on above brief description, the individual may submit the proposal for the assignment within the prescribed time limit, as stated below. S/he will be selected through a competitive procedure and evaluation criteria as detailed below:
1. Required Information for Submission of an EOI:
- A detailed proposal with respect to the annexed Terms of Reference (ToR), including methodology, time-frame for the tasks, etc.
- Description of related experience/s and qualifications (curriculum vitae).
- Financial estimate for the assignment (expressed in INR).
2. Selection criteria
Evaluation Criteria:
- Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out to determine the substantial responsiveness of each proposal. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition as outlined in the table below.
- The evaluation committee may call the responsive individual(s) who comply with all terms and conditions of the tender for discussion and detailed presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution as best suited for the ILO.
- 70 % weightage will be awarded for the Technical parameters and 30 % weightage will be awarded for Financial parameters.
