any bid received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Bidders are kindly requested to submit their proposals in two separate emails:

one email for the technical bid and other email for the financial bid:
a-Email for technical bid [Technical Bid should not contain prices]: Subject line of email must
indicate: LRFPS number (9194347) - name of your company - technical bid. The email must
include: The technical bid.
b-Email for price bids: Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (9194347) - name
of your company- price bid.
Proposals submitted by any other way will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated
deadline.
A bid conference will be held online on 26 Nov 2024 at 13:00 hrs. Syria time (GMT+3). Link is
included in the email invitation.
Last date for accepting enquiries from the bidders is 27 Nov 2024 at 15.00 hrs. Syria time
(GMT+3).
It is important that you read all the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you
understand and comply with UNICEF's
