PROVISION OF ORACLE CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE OSCE
Objective of engagement
- To provide support to OSCE operations during upgrade of Oracle and implementation of CEMLIs
- To provide assistance in reporting for the financial year end.
- Services must be delivered on-site at OSCE Secretariat in Vienna, Austria
Two consultants are required to start as soon as possible.
Financial Consultant
There is a requirement for Financial Functional consultant to provide cover for 30 working days (6 weeks). Under the direction of the Financial Functional Lead, the consultant will complete the following tasks:
- Familiarise themselves with the OSCE Financials ways of working
- Support daily operations in relation to GL
- Liaise with Oracle support - to follow up on SRs recorded in relation to GL
- Provide end of year support to the Functional Team
- Conduct process reviews including accrue receipt
- End of year operational support
- Provide cover and continuity over CEMLI development period
Supply Chain Consultant
There is a requirement for Supply Chain Functional consultant to provide cover for 20 working days. Under the direction of the Materials Management Functional Lead, the consultant will complete the following tasks:
- Support for Fixed Assets post implementation
- Rectifying custom reports related to Accrue and Receipt project
- Assistance in year-end closure
- Review and update of custom inventory
- Review processes and documentation
- Support in SR resolution
- Provide cover and continuity over CEMLI development period
Requirement and Qualification of staff
- The OSCE requires two consultants, with a first degree (BA, BSA)
- 10 years of technical experience that includes working on 5 projects of 4 months duration in a full time capacity.
Mandatory Experience (over 5 years)
- PL *SQL development
- SQL development
- Experience in customisations with Oracle EBS R11.5.10.2 and EBS R12.1.3
Optional Experience: Core Development – skill set: in Oracle: Reports, Forms, Workflow
Further Information: The assignment should start beginning of February and will last for max of 30 + 20 working days respectively. There is no intention to prolong the project.
