New clarification added: Dear Bidder Please find below answers to clarificaitons: Q1 - Question: We seek clarifications regarding the submission of documents, specifically, we would appreciate some guidance on the following documents on esourcing system we highlighted in red, blue, and green. Red:- LOT 1&2 - Technical specifications.docx- LOT 2 - IUS-AF-UWS-DHL-007&8 -125m3 - Elevated Tank – Technical Specification.pdf(which to be signed/stamped and attached) Blue:- LOT 1&2 - Technical Study Report.docx - Signed and stamped- LOT 2 - Technical Study Report.pdf - Signed and stamped(is it required to be uploaded signed/stamped) Green:- LOT 1&2 - Technical Specifications Questionnaire IUS-AF-UWS-DHL-007 & 008.docx - Signed and stamped Ans 1 – all the above needs to be signed and stamped and submitted as part of the offer. Could you please provide further instructions on the following points:Q2 -The specific requirements and guidelines for each of the highlighted documents, because it has more than one mandatory checklist and we got lost in which one to review and upload !!!Ans 2 – Please refer to the checklist in esourcing tab those are the main checklist required addressed during the bidders submission doc. Q3 - Confirmation on the correct checklist location for each document.Ans 3 – Please refer to the above, in document tab you will find returnable schedules that needs to be filled, signed and stamped correctly and uploaded to match the checklist in the esourcing tab. Q4. Any additional details or considerations we should be aware of when preparing these documents for submission.Ans 4 – Please refer to the instructions to bidders document in the esourcing document tab. Q5. There are multiple checklists in the system for both of technical specifications and questionnaire. Could you please advise which checklists we should complete, and where to upload or attach the required/requested documents?Ans 5 – Please refer to checklist in the escouring tab Q6 -The ESMP requested to be signed and stamped is not named the same as in the checklist description (supply and installation of solar system), while the project ESMP is for (Establishing an elevated tank in the Lakamat Aldoky area, with a transmission pipeline - Dalah, Yemen). Please provide guidance on this discrepancy.Ans 6 – Please upload the ESMP to the same mentioned above this is an oversite. Q7- The SEAH PRAP is mentioned and described in the LOT 1&2 - Small Works - 6 Solicitation - RFQ 04 Sections II, III, IV, V file, but it is not included in the checklist. Could you please advise on whether this document is required and, if so, where it should be submitted?Ans 7 – SEAH PRAP to be amended and update with the new document and also add to checklistQ9. Optional checklists are (4) in this RFQ, could you please confirm!!!!!Ans 9 Update the returnable to amend and remove the none required returnable from the list.
