New clarification added: Hi just to clarify this response:"Hi , you need to enter the UNOPS eSourcing platform to access the Bidder Information Form ; you will need to use your company's UNGM credentials to access the platform .The Bidder Information form is in the Questionnaire tab - once inside the platform - you will have access to complete the form and save this as part of your bid submission."The Bidder information form on the questionaire tab has already been filled out, but the document checklist tab is still requesting for it to be submitted. Do we just copy/paste the questionaire into a document and upload that?UNOPS Response:Hi , please download the completed questionnaire and save it as a pdf file. You can then updoad the off-line file as a submission in the document checklist. We hope this helps.

New clarification added: Just to confirm - we found a reference outside of the documentation that only Filipinos and Philippines based companies are eligible to respond to this TOR. New clarification added: Where can I locate the Bidder Information form as it is not included in the documents on the tender. Thank youUNOPS response :Hi; once you have accessed the UNOPS eSourcing portal (using the same UNGM credientials , and after clicking "View Documents' - there is a tab named 'QUESTIONNAIRE" .The Bid information Form is the questionnaire which you have to fill up , save and upload as part of your submissions. I hope this clarifies.
