Could you kindly provide clarifications on the following:EY offers EY Fabric, a platform with pre-built cloud tools and services built on Microsoft Azure to accelerate delivery. Would you be open to hosting the CAFI PES tool on this platform?Can you provide more details on the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for technical operations? For example, what are the expected response times, resolution times, and system uptime guarantees ?Would you be open to extending the support and monitoring period from the initially planned 12 months to three years, ensuring continued technical assistance and proactive monitoring over an extended duration for enhanced stability and performance?---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Answer : Hosting the CAFI PES tool on the EY Fabric platform:Per the RFP requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR), the preferred hosting environment is Microsoft Azure. This selection is based on Azure’s established compliance, scalability, security, and global coverage features, which align with CAFI’s technical, security, and operational needs​.Any alternative hosting platform must be built on Azure, including the ability to scale and ensure security for sensitive environmental and financial data. Any alternative hosting proposal must guarantee that it meets or exceeds the specified technical and security standards.Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for technical operations:The expected SLAs for this project include:Response Time: Within 2 hours for critical issues affecting core system functionality.Resolution Time: Within 24 hours for high-priority incidents and 72 hours for standard issues.System Uptime: A minimum of 99.9% availability across all environments (Development, Staging, and Production) to ensure continuous operation and reliability​​.These metrics are essential to maintain operational continuity and align with our goal of maximizing system efficiency for tracking and managing the PES program.Extension of support and monitoring period to three years: ​​We understand the importance of ongoing support to ensure the stability and performance of the CAFI PES tool, but potential bidders must comply with the initial tender period, which specifies a 12-month support window.*/*
