Provision of Multimedia Production, Services and Equipment Rental for OSESGY/UNMHA in Jordan and Yemen

1. The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) would like to establish a long-term agreement with a multimedia production company that can provide photography, videography, rental of equipment, and related services as needed in areas of operations in Jordan, and Yemen with flexibility to operate anywhere OSESGY requires services for high profile activities. Proposers are encouraged to provide information about their partners in other countries out of the operating areas. The resultant agreement is valid for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend the contract for an additional period of 4 terms, one-year each (1+1+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance and extenion of OSESGY mandate. 2. OSESGY’s Strategic Communication and Public Information Office (SCPIO) will request services on the basis of need. For each assigned task, SCPIO will provide detailed briefing and guidance to the vendor and will reserve the right to request edits and changes to the drafts submitted by the vendor to ensure high quality end products. 3. The service provider shall provide all supervisory, management and other personnel with requisite experience, qualification, skills, and other resources to plan and provide multimedia production services to the OSESGY SCPIO as defined in the terms of reference. The service provider shall perform to the standards and shall follow all applications and directives as identified in the terms of reference and in the contract. 4. The service provider shall provide multimedia production, services, and equipment rental services as requested by OSESGY SCPIO. The assigned tasks shall include but not be limited to Pre-Production, Production and Postproduction. 5. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automaticall guarantee that such compay will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued . INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM LEVEL FOR REGISTRATION FOR THIS TENDER IN UNGM (www.ungm.org) IS BASIC LEVEL, COMPANIES WHICH ARE NOT FULLY REGISTERED IN UNGM MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE UPCOMING TENDER.
