Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire
As part of UNICEF's commitment to sustainable procurement and contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we kindly request all bidders to complete the Annex H- 9193359 Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire attached to the tender documents.
This questionnaire aims to gather information on your organization's sustainability policies, practices, and commitments across key environmental and social areas such as CO2 emissions, waste management, resource consumption, and social accountability. Please note that the information provided will not be used for contract-making decisions but will help us gain insights into sustainable procurement practices in the market.
