Event Management Services for UNODC Offce in the Maldives

The Procurement Unit (PU) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), representing the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), is inviting qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for a professional event management service provider in the Maldives Key Points: • Purpose: This EoI is intended to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation process. It is not a request for a bid or proposal. • Who Can Apply: Global Suppliers. • Scope: Accommodation (Venue Hiring), Catering, Conference and Transportation services. • Submission Requirements: Interested vendors must complete and submit the attached Vendor Response Form, including their UNGM Vendor Registration Number. • Selection Process: UNOV will review the EoIs to select vendors for the competitive bidding process. Submission of an EoI does not guarantee an invitation to bid. • UNOV Rights: UNOV reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of this requirement at any stage of the EoI or solicitation process.
