Request for Quotations for Services (RFQS also known as LRQS)
UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite Bids for Face-to-face (F2F) Consultancy within UNICEF Romania Fundraising Section as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached at Annex B.
HOW TO APPLY:
E-MAIL QUOTATIONS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.
The reference RFQS/ LRQS-2024-9193197-F2F CONSULTANCY and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.
The Bid Form (pg. 2 from the RFQS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal. Please don’t forget to include your Financial Offer in the application (please check Annex B- ToR, as below.
Price (exclude VAT)
Fee per hour per working day (hourly rate)
-USD/EUR (for international vendors)
-RON (local Romanian vendors)
The Quotations MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Wednesday, 2nd Oct 2024, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.
Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant Quotations may result in invalidation of your proposal.

Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFQS by E-MAIL to:

The deadline for receipt of any questions is 30th Sep 2024, 15h00, Bucharest local time.
