Introduction

The scope of the tender involves the development and implementation of a multi-module platform for risk assessment of natural hazards, including hydrological drought, flood, flash floods, mudflows, and snow avalanches. This platform should have a user-friendly interface and integrate into the existing systems of Uzhydromet and the Ministry of Emergency Situations for early warning and risk assessment. The work will include data assimilation, GIS platform development, hazard risk assessments, and training of local specialists.​
