Consultancy Review of General Services Section (GSS) International Criminal Court (ICC)

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Consultancy Services - Study on the General Services Section of the International Criminal Court. In this regard, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

Scope of Work Summary

The ICC is requesting specialized consultancy services to conduct a review of its General Services Section (GSS) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Due to evolving organizational needs and industry standards, the goal is to assess the current structure and services of the GSS, and to optimize the section's operations by identifying gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to work processes, organizational structure, and service delivery. This review will align the GSS with ‘the ICC's overall mission and strategic goals.
