Description
1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) through the office of Rule of Law and Security Institutions Support Office (ROLSISO) intends to conduct training for the National Prisoner Services for South Sudan (NPSSS) personnel in Juba, South Sudan and would like to identify competent hotels to provide the following services. 2. Description of General Requirements: a. Accommodation (Bed & Breakfast): Standard single and secure rooms with facilities like 24 Hrs electricity, AC/Fan, Hot & Cold shower, Satellite cable service (DStv or equivalent) inclusive. b. Conference Hall: With Standard facility to accommodate at least a group of 25 participants. The hall is expected to have but not limited to tables & chairs, electricity, digital projector for presentation, white board, flip chart & stand etc. c. Catering Service (Lunch & Dinner): The hotel must be able to provide the following meals among others: i. Buffett Lunch: Chicken (fried/grilled), Fish, Saurma, Gima, Pasted green, Rice, Bread, Ogali, Tea/coffee, Bottled water, Juice, Fruits (bananas, apples, pineapple, etc.), Vegetables (salad or cooked) etc. ii. Buffett Dinner: Rice, Beef stew (kabab), Mixed vegetables, Kisra, Bread, Tea/Coffee, Bottled water, Fruits (bananas, apples, pineapple, etc.), Vegetables (salad or cooked) etc. 3. The service requirement is for (15) days excluding Sundays. 4. Conditions a. As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested contractors are required to be fully registered as a supplier in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link below: https://www.ungm.org/Public/Pages/RegistrationProcess up to level-1 status. Submission should include final vendor registration number not temporal registration number. b. Proof that the hotel is registered for this particular service in UNGM c. UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM registration number as it will be considered as non-responsive. 5.
