New clarification added: Clarification:kindly extend the deadline submission date for 3 days as the tender deadline is very tightand 3 days is not enoughUNOPS Answer:Unfortunately, since the project time is very critical, no extensions can be made beyond 22-9-2024

We would appreciate any further details or explanations to ensure compliance."RegardsUNOPS answer:Fireproofing system is not required, required coating system is anti-corrosion paint as specified in section 05120 page 13, Topcoat color to be as selected by Engineer.

Best RegardsUNOPS Answer:Only 1st grade-building contractors can submit bids. Other categories can participate through joint ventures or subcontractors. However, in all cases, the 1st grade-building company should be the leading partner, who should submit the bid and will be fully responsible for the tender, communications and contract in case of award

What is mentioned in the vendor submission checklist is a typo that will be fixed through amendment no. 2 that will be issued soon.Clarification:we are a fourth grade construction company can we apply for this tenderUNOPS Answer:FIRST grade/buildings category can apply for this tender.

The amendment will be raised by today.The location is the same: The site is located 36 km north-east of UNOPS offices in Ghabawi on the damascus highway near the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (32.045034, 36.117775) Bidders should confirm participation and provide details of the bidder’s representatives using the eSourcing tool.Participation in the clarification meeting is not mandatory but participation is strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of non-compliant quotations.
