UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of "MISSION D’ETUDES TECHNIQUE ET DE SUPERVISION POUR LA CONSTRUCTION DU RESEAU D’EAU POTABLE DE RUSAYO GOMA, PROVINCE DU NORD - KIVU". Le Fonds des Nations Unices pour l’Enfance (UNICEF), en République Démocratique du Congo, invite par le présent avis, les soumissionnaires interessés à présenter leurs propositions d’offres de services liés à la mission d’études techniques et la supervision pour les travaux de construction d’un réseau d’eau potable au niveau du site de Rusayo. A cet effet, l’UNICEF souhaite recourir à un / des prestataires spécialisé(s) qui a/ont l’expérience et les capacités technique, humaine et financière pour assurer le rôle de Maitre d’oeuvre, pour conduire la mission d’études sur une période est estimée à trois (3,0) mois (jours calendaires) pour la mission étude et la mission de supervision sur une période de sept (07) mois à partir de la date de signature du contrat des travaux, avec une période de garantie de douze (12) mois après la réception provisoire des travaux. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system. In the tender management site, if you navigate to the documents tab and opt in to confirm your intention to submit a Bid – you will then see the mandatory placeholders for documents that must be attached prior to submitting your Offer (you will also see if there are any mandatory questionnaires to complete). As such, you are recommended to `opt in` well before the submission deadline so you are clear exactly what documents are required to be uploaded prior to completing your submission.
