New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please find below the responses to your queries:Question 1:UNOPS please can you confirm if we can provide an additional technical proposal document to complement the Form D Technical Proposal Form, and will these be evaluated?UNOPS Response: This is acceptable. You can provide supplementary documentation to support the form D.
