GEF Global Biodiversity Framework Early Action Support (Saint Kitts and Nevis)

Description of the Assignment:  

UNDP Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean wishes to engage an experienced consultant to (1) undertake a rapid review of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) targets in Saint Kitts and Nevis to support alignment with the post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), and (2) UNDP Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean wishes to engage an experienced consultant to review and assess the national Biodiversity monitoring, reporting and transparency systems to support their upgrade under the supervision of the Multi-Country Coordinator and the Head of the  Nature, Climate and Energy Cluster. 

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 60 days over a 4-month period
