We invite you to submit your proposals for this tender opportunity.

Kindly note that the deadline to submit proposals is 17th September, 2024 (11.30pm PNG time).

Technical and financial proposal(s) should be submitted separately, E-mailed submission is accepted and requested, but please ensure that it is sent to a secure e-mail address accessible only by the designated staff for the receipt of bids or proposals which is png-bids@unicef.org

Furthermore, you are to ensure that the technical proposal is sent separately and the file name is clearly reflecting that .
