Long-Term Agreement of 2 years for the Procurement of End-User Clinic ICT equipment and mobile device management licenses for: Fiji (LOT 1), Solomon Islands (LOT 2) and Kiribati (LOT 3).

BIDDING PROCESS OPEN ONLY FOR VENDORS ESTABLISHED IN [THE PACIFIC REGION, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND or FIJI]. ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Please find attached the specifications and the required forms to be fulfilled. The QUOTATION FORM (pages 2 to 4) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with your offer. If the QUOTATION FORM (pages 2 to 4) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Your offer comprising of Financial Offer and the QUOTATION FORM fulfilled and signed should be sent to PacificSupply@unicef.org by the deadline date of 4 September 2024; 23:59 (Fiji Time). 

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
