RFQ-2024-34 Design and Facilitation of Staff Training on Results-Based Management (RBM)

Duration: 12 months from signing of contract

The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of Staff Training on Results-Based Management (RBM).
The provider is expected to deliver the following:
1. A comprehensive, online RBM learning framework with role-based customizations to address different audiences. This may include a combination of self-paced modules to be scripted by the provider, facilitated online sessions and clinics, as well as working tools and templates.
2. In the case of online facilitated sessions, interactive content focused on practical aspects to be delivered to multiple groups of participants (number of sessions is subject to adjustment, according to demand, available budget, etc.)
3. Practical tools and templates for participants.
4. Periodic reports on training participation and engagement (frequency of reporting depending on training modality).
5. A final report with an evaluation of the training program and recommendations for future initiatives.
