Description of the Assignment: International Consultant to lead the development of by-laws for the establishment of EU Greenhouse Gas Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) System in Georgia

Period of assignment/services:  Up to 15 consultancy days within the period of September-November, 2024
