RFQ-2024-33 Technical Support Mechanism (TSM) Operations Consultancy

The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for UNAIDS to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder / individual consultant only and select a suitable contractor to carry out comprehensive operational support to the Technical Support Mechanism team.

• Objective 1: Process technical assistance (TA) requests from 2 to 3 
  • review TA requests from regional TSM focal points for completeness and compliance with donor requirements,
  • facilitate the clearance and approval of requests, outputs and other documents related to the technical assistance assignments,
  • monitor the progress of the processing of TA assignments from request submission to approval of final outputs, and
  • provide guidance on TSM policies and procedures and troubleshoot issues, when necessary.
• Output 1.1: Progress report providing a snapshot of ongoing TA assignments, including the status of the assignment and required follow-up actions, if any.
• Objective 2: Provide administrative support in disseminating communications, raising procurement requests, and workplan budget monitoring.
• Output 2: Integrated timesheet of days and hours worked, as well as as a short description of the work done.
• Output 3: Interim/final invoice.
