The Office of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Cairo, Egypt, invites your company to submit an offer in response to the re-tender REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) ref.# RFQ/CAI/024/24 for the establishment of a Frame Agreement with an initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 1 (one) year for the provision of SMS services to UNHCR-Egypt.
