Water Well Drilling, Supply and Installation of Equipment and Commissioning in UNIFIL Position 2-45. At Tiri - South Lebanon

1.The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) requires the service of water well drilling in UNIFIL Position 2-45, At Tiri from a qualified and experienced Contractor. The works include obtaining Lebanese Government Authorization/Ministry of Energy and Water in accordance with the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water Law No. 192 of 2020 , executing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in accordance with the Lebanese Ministry of Environment Decree Number 8633 Fundamentals of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) 2012-08-07, Geological Survey, water well drilling, supply and installation of casing, grouting the top portion, supply and installation of piping, electrical cable, deep well pump, and panel board with necessary protections (including stage wise starting equipment), testing and final commissioning. 2. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement. Please note, this is NOT an invitation for submission of a price proposal. 3.To be eligible to participate in the solicitations exercise, vendors are mandatorily required to be registered at a minimum of level-1 in the UNGM at www.ungm.org.
