Report on evaluation methodologies for social prescribing in the Western Pacific Region

• Map, identify gaps and summarize existing models of social prescribing and evaluation methodologies and evaluations conducted to date.
• Produce a report for WHO WPRO AGE: 1) categorizing the different models, 2) categorizing different evaluations and comparison of different evaluation methodologies, and 3) based on categorization of the models, draft sample evaluation plans that will provide preliminary structure to an evaluation guide for the Western Pacific Region.
• Write up findings and publish in a peer-reviewed academic journal to share knowledge with the public.
