New clarification added: Question 36 : In your updated files, As for  delivery in Form D, you said "a) First batch consisting of at least 25% of the total ordered quantity must be delivered within 30 calendar days; b)The remaining ordered quantity must be delivered within 120 calendar  days; c) The Bidder shall provide a delivery schedule with exact number of batches and timelines for each batch." But in DRAFT CONTRACT UPDATED, you said"a. First batch consisting of at least 25% or more of the total ordered quantity must be delivered within 60 calendar days; b. The remaining ordered quantity must be delivered within 120 calendar  days; The Bidder shall provide a delivery schedule with exact number of batches and timelines for each batch." It is a contradiction. As a result, we think we should follow the draft contract instead of the FORM D, because we can't finish 25% of the total ordered quantity  delivered within 30 calendar days, it is impossible. moreover, according to your first version of the tender, it also should be " at least 25% or more of the total ordered quantity must be delivered within 60 calendar days;". UNOPS as a UN subsidiary organ, is exempt from all direct taxes, except charges for public utility services, and is exempt from customs restrictions, duties, and charges of a similar nature in respect of articles imported or exported for its official use.2. This project is co-financed by ADB and AIIB as state external debt.
