Provision of Cleaning and Accommodation Management Services in Somalia

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) intends to establish a Local System Contract for the Provision of Cleaning and Accommodation Management Services for UNSOS Premises in various locations within Somalia. UNSOS is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and competent property management/cleaning services companies wishing to be considered/included in a submission of bids/proposals for the said provision of services. Prospective Contract Duration is one (1) year with four (4) additional optional one year (1+1+1+1) each period (1+1+1+1+1). For this requirement, UNSOS will undertake a competitive bidding exercise and considers inviting those companies which will have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNSOS’s requirement. The property management/cleaning services companies shall provide the cleaning services and accommodation management services for UNSOS's premises in various locations in Somalia as stated below: 1.
