PROVISION OF FREIGHT FORWARDING AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICES TO UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT NAIROBI (UNON)

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for Provision of Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Services to United Nations Office at Nairobi and other agencies in the UN Complex. The Contractor must be a fully accredited Clearing and Freight Forwarding Company. The contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial three years with options to extend for two one-year periods for a possible total of five years (3+1+1). Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON anticipates to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document.
