SCOPE OF TENDER

Supply of 100 License (40 Premium and 60 Standard) of JIRA Software to meet the needs of diverse projects and teams, providing a centralized platform for planning, tracking, and managing tasks, as well as assessing team performance.

The objectives of implementing Jira for project management and team performance are as follows:

1. Streamline project workflows and improve task visibility.
2. Enhance collaboration and communication among team members.
3. Optimize resource allocation and project scheduling.
4. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.
5. Increase project transparency and accountability.
