Description of General Requirements The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the requirements stated hereunder. Description of General Requirements 1. Provision of cleaning materials: plastic buckets; gloves (latex/nitrile); Back type sprayers; Garbage bins; Dispensers (paper/soap) fumigation chemicals and mosquito nets. 2. Provision of Laminating Machines for ID cards; Consumables for Fargo DTC4500; ID Cards (with/without magnetic strip); Printing ribbons; cleaning kits; etc 3. Provision of Personal Protective Gear ( Boots; Raincoats/suits; Ear muffs, coveralls/gloves etc) Conditions: Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:  Company’s profile, with proven experience in the relevant field of works (indicate if Manufacturer, Distributor or Trader).  Company’s registration certificate.  Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.).  List of referenced clients (minimum of three), with contact addresses.  List of contracts with major clients. Important Notice: Companies must indicate which category of requirement it is interested in. Either no. 1, 2, 3 or any combination. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
