Baseline Enterprise Architecture
Summary Scope of Work
Architecture governance is the practice and orientation by which enterprise architectures and other architectures are managed and controlled at an enterprise-wide level. It is intended to assist in identifying effective processes and organizational structures; so that the business responsibilities associated with architecture governance can be elucidated, communicated, and managed effectively.
The International Criminal Court is starting the implementation of an Architecture Framework and has selected The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) for this purpose.
The vendor should define the Baseline Architecture for the current application landscape at ICC. ICC will provide the existing Architecture descriptions in whatever available format to the Vendor.
In this initial phase, the scope will be limited to the business processes supported by the core application of the Court’s

• Baseline Business Architecture
• Baseline Data Architecture
• Baseline Applications Architecture
• Baseline Technology Architecture.
The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal documents that will be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI.
