New clarification added: Clarification:Dear UNOPS,In the electrical section of LOT 2: Al-Ghaydha Hospital,1. Should the RCBOs breakers in MDB & SMDB to be (MCCB+ Earth-leakage unit) or (MCB+RCCB)?2. What is type of the ATS 1500A? Is it a motorized (ACB), or one set motorized unit? This distinction is important as it can significantly affect the price.UNOPS Answer:Please abide to drawings and technical specifications since it clearly mentioned to be MCCB in MDB & SMDB.Please abide to electrical technical specifications Page 108, since it clearly mentioned the components of the ATS type (Motorized MCCB). 

New amendment added #1: This amendment was raised to add the following documents under LOT 1: 1. A revised BoQ file-LOT 1, in which the following were amended:The changes are small ( highlighted in yellow ), and only in the electrical works as follows : 1. Electrical works , item B23 ( conveying system ) : the name was changed to elevators and the item description was changed.2. item B06 : drawing reference number   AB147-PM-102-B01-R1 ,  was replaced by drawing number AB147-PM-102-B01-R33. item B08 : drawing reference number   AB147-PM-102-B01-R1 ,  was replaced by drawing number AB147-PM-102-B01-R32. LOT 1 Kuwait hospital-Small_Works_RFQ_Section_II_III_IV_V (2) (1), page 27 of 29. The duration was amended to be as follows: Note that the bidder’s proposed overall time frame shall not exceed the time frame specified in the bid document, which in this case is  210 calendar days  from the commencement date. If bidders submit preliminary programs indicating a time frame of more than 210 calendar days, those bids will be rejected.The amended documents are available under the documents tab.Other info, condition and terms remain the same with no change.

New clarification added: Clarification:Can you consider contract prior then 7 years due to the war in the country there are a lot of big project in construction?The seven years is too short period, we have big project more than one million but in construction of road can be consider?UNOPS Answer:According to the tender criteria, a contract prior the 7 years before bid opening will not be considered.

New clarification added: Clarification: Dear Sir/Madam,Hope you are well1.Regarding LOT1 Electrical Work BoQ item(B23 - conveying system), is it required to supply, install and commissioning one main control panel runs two cars elevator, VVVF or is it required to supply, install and commissioning elevators?2. After reviewing and checking We didn't find DWG No;( AB147-PM-102-B01-R1), Within LOT1 electrical work drawings.Please clarify ASAP.UNOPS Answer: Please note the BoQ was revised (will be published through amendment no. 1 soon).
