UNODC ROCA is planning to procure covert security equipment (special operational equipment) to support counter-narcotics operations of the Drug Control Agency under the President the Republic of Tajikistan.

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC ROCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest to supply and delivery of covert security equipment (special operational equipment) to support counter-narcotics operations of the Drug Control Agency under the President the Republic of Tajikistan. The detailed ToR/scope of work will be provided to the companies who will be qualified for the RFQ to be followed right after this request for EOI. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Vendor must have a proven record of providing high quality law enforcement technical operations surveillance equipment to law enforcement agencies, and at least 5 years of experience servicing clients to provide goods/services, and/or vendor should have a quality system standards certification. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Vendors interested on provision of the above goods/services must express their interest electronically throgh ungm.org. UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
